Willie – Klak Company is limited liability owned and operated small business with well established relationships in the Accra – Tema Metropolitan Areas and beyond. It was established and incorporated under the Companies’ Code of Ghana in May, 1996 with a certificate of registration and commencement of business. Willie – Klak was founded by three initial Directors, that is, Seth Klaye – CEO, Mrs Belinda Klaye – MD and Mr. William Ofori – Secretary.
