27/9/2011, The Water Meter Production Base of Zhejiang Younio(Zhejiang Younio Water Supply Equipment Co.,Ltd) standed alone and set up a wholly owned subsidiary¡ªWenling Younio¡££¨Wenling Younio Water Meter Co.,Ltd£©, whose registered capital is RMB30 million. 08/12/2011,Zhejiang Younio signed an official agreement with Jiangxi Sanchuan which state that Jiangxi Sanchuan will be controlling shareholder and bring Wenling Younio going public.
