Tread builder machines build and stitch pre cured treads in a dual stage stitching process for gum and tread. Electricity controlled dc motor drive ensures forward and reverse motions at various speed controls. These multifunctional machines can be used to apply cushion and tread, cut, stitch and apply envelop and dual stitching pressure are available in manual or pneumatic cutter models.
