A water-borne fireproofing material for use where the surface is exposed or subject to damage from outside elements. Application: Spray onto structural members or surfaces requiring a fire rating. The thickness applied is dependent upon the desired endurance rating. Sample uses: industrial plants, hospitals, parking garages and warehouses. Coverage: Minimum of 20 square feet per gallon. Overall coverage per gallon depends on desired endurance rating.

A 100% acrylic interior coating that will resist mold and mildew and drastically reduce interior maintenance cost. Application: Easy to apply with brush, roller or spray. 100% acrylic knock down finish. No special equipment required. Coverage: First coat: Approximately 150 square feet per gallon and second coat – approximately 80-120 square feet per gallon depending upon the type and porosity of the surface.

ESSENCE (55 gallon drums) A high-solids content styrene acrylic resin emulsion designed to increase hardness in substrate surfaces. Application: Can be applied over walls, plaster, concrete and other surfaces that would typically require a bond coat to assure adhesion of finishing coats. Coverage: Approximately 13 square meters per liter or 550 square feet per gallon, depending upon the type and porosity of the surface.
