MGT owns land in Mogotio district, Athnal region, more than 300 kilometres southwest of nairobi, kenya,which has been cultivated with three species of sisals: H11648, Hybrid and Tissue Culture, the later was provided by the International Sisal Research Institute with high drought and water logging tolerance.
