The company was established in 1960 as a partnership firm Singhal Paint Company with its manufacturing unit at 1 Aishbagh Road, Lucknow. In 1982 the company was incorporated under the Company Act 1956 as Singhal Paints Pvt. Ltd. As part of its expansion and improvement plans the organization has shifted its works from its factory in Aishbagh to a new modern and more efficient plant.
