The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Huercal Oliva comes from our own farm next to the Huercal Overa in Almería., Spain. More than 300,000 olive trees and 700 hectares make us one of the largest international producers of gourmet extra virgin olive oil with only 0.45 degree of natural acidity, and the actual production guaranteed.

The special climatic conditions Huercal Overa Desert, with the highest number of sunshine hours per year across Europe, a semi-desert climate and the proximity of the Mediterranean, make this region a unique place to produce the best extra virgin olive oil with the maximum amount of natural antioxidants and coupage organic Extra Virgen olive oil.

The special conditions of the desert, in Almeria, along with the four different varieties of the olive trees (picual, hojiblanca, lechín, arbequina) and their blends, are put together to produce an olive juice with an excellent aspect. It is elaborated with the most modern systems and with a strictly controlled organic production as to achieve the maximum purity. It has the guaranty of the Comité Andaluz de Agricultura Ecológica (Andalusian Committee for Organic Agriculture) with its control system C.E. ES-AN-AE.
