Though some grains like rice, barley, ragi, jowar, wheat are consumed in some form or other, there are other lesser known grains that remain unused.

Ingredients - Boiled rice, Wheat, Finger millet (ragi), Pearl millet (Bajra), Sorghum, Horse gram (kulthi), Green gram (moong), Barley, Maize, Li??le millet (sama), Amaranth seeds (rajgira), Roasted Gram, Chick peas (chenna), Poppy seeds (khus khus), Soya and Oats.

How to use - Add 3 teaspoons of Tasty Cereal Mix with glass of water (200ml) and mix thoroughly without any lumps until it gets dissolved. Cook the mix for 3 minutes, until it gets thick. Ammae Tasty Cereal Mix porridge is ready. To serve sweet, add milk and sugar in the porridge. It can also be served with buttermilk and salt as per taste or can also be consumed by adding Rasam. We can add jaggery and milk and garnish with cashew and kismis with little elachi powder to prepare Delicious payasam.
